Roseville Investigations of the Paranormal also known as R.I.P, was founded in order to help those in our community and surrounding areas who feel that they may have some form of paranormal activity in their home or place of business. We will do everything we can to help you. We know that it is not always easy and can even be frightening to think that you may have some kind of haunting or spirit activity. That's why we are here. We are here for you. Your privacy is important to us, so you can be rest assured, that we will not share any of your personal information with any other person and all of your case information will be held with the highest and strictest confidentiality. We do use video and audio recorders along with digital cameras in our investigations and any evidence that is documented by us will become the property of R.I.P. and will not be shared with any other paranormal researchers without your written permission.  HOW WE INVESTIGATE A LOCATION

We use video recorders with IR (infrared) to pick up any evidence that we may not be able to see at the time of the investigation. We also use digital voice recorders to capture any EVP's AKA  Electronic Voice Phenomenon which is the sound of disembodied voices that are not usually heard with the human ear, but are played back at a later time. This is one of the main ways that spirits communicate and let us know of their presence. We also use EMF detectors (Electro Magnetic Field). It is said that when a spirit is present, they usually give off high magnetic fields when manifesting. We will also use digital thermometers to measure cold spots. It has been studied and documented that random cold spots can also be a sign of a spirit manifestation. We conduct every investigation from a scientific standpoint, which means that we will try every means necessary to debunk and disprove a haunting. We believe that "seeing is believing" and that we will need physical proof to determine if a place is haunted or not. We don't base our final judgement on "feelings" alone. However, if we are investigating your location and have a personal experience... for example, we see,hear or even feel something but it is not backed up by our equipment, this does not mean that we will not consider the place to have paranormal activity. In many cases entities are hard to document, and if they don't want to be seen, they will not be. Sometimes if a spirit is violent, a cleansing or exorcism may need to be performed in order to bring peace. We do not perform exorcisms, but we will assist you in setting one up if you think one is needed. Please also note that we treat each person and place we visit with the highest degree of respect. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and we promise to do all that we can to make it easier for you to sleep at night.
